- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional), unsweetened
- 3 tbsp. natural peanut butter
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed.
Press this into a baking pan and bake for 40 – 45 minutes.
